『一路走来』里有很多我的日记的故事。记得在发『活该』时做专访,记者朋友问我如果想锻炼写作,我的心得是什么。

“写日记。”几乎是我的不二法门。

日记记载了喜怒哀乐(虽然我的都是悲痛居多,因为都在宣泄 :P),语句总是行云流水顺畅无阻。因为心里的,就是笔上的,想到了就写,情绪会变得坦然。让日记更认识你,然后你更认识自己。

很快就踏入三十,每次向身边的朋友说起我还在写日记,而且是已经写了二十年,他们都会瞪大了眼。

曾经试过有一段煎熬,耗了好长一段时间做不了决定,终于当一切都有了最终的定夺,我再把那段时间的日记看一次,其实那时候的日记里的情绪一早已经给了我答案。
